Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pan,when the milk starts boiling gradually add the lemon juice and stir slowly.
When milk gets curdled turns off the heat.
Now strain the chhena(cottage cheese)through a muslin cloth.
Mash the chhena till smooth.
Lightly fry the cashew nuts and raisins.
Add sugar,cardamom powder, fried nuts and milk to the chhena and mix properly.
Grease a baking tin with ghee,sprinkle some sugar and heat the pan to caramelized the sugar.
Pour the mixture in to the baking tin and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree for 30 to 35 minutes.
Check the help of a toothpick if it's come out on a plate when it's hot.
Slice it and serve hot or cold.
