  • 4cups sour curd

  • 1bowl besan(5-6tbsp)

  • 3-4saboot red chillies

  • 1/4spoon hing

  • 1/2spoon jeera

  • 1spoon methi seeds

  • 1spoon saboot dhanya

  • 1spoon haldi powder

  • 1/2spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2spoon garam masala powder

  • 2-3spoon oil

  • 1"piece ginger finely chopped

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 4-5cup water

  • 1spoon salt ya as ur taste

  • Pakodas ingredients.....1bowl besan,2grated carrot,1bowl chopped green methi,2green chillies chopped, salt to taste, oil for frying, sufficient water for the batter


  • Sabse pahale curd, besan aur water ko churn kare.
  • Ab heavy bottom pan mai oil garam kare aur usme hing, jeera, methi, dhanya seeds and saboot red chillies daal kar saute kare.
  • Ab chopped onion add kar saute kare.
  • Ab chopped ginger add kar saute kare.
  • Ab usme sabhi spices add kar saute kare aur besan wala batter add kare aur ek boil anne par gas sim kare aur 30-40 minute pakaye.
  • Pakodas...... grated carrot, green methi mai besan, salt, red chilli powder add kare aur water se thick batter bnaye.
  • Ab kadhi mai oil garam kare aur medium hot oil mai pakodas ko deep fry kare.
  • Ab pakodas ko kadhi mai add kare aur 5-10minute tak pakaye aur garam masala add kar garma garam kadhi ko apni pasand se rice,plan roti ya tandoori roti ke saath serve kare.
