Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1cup whole moong dal

  • 1/8 cup rice

  • 2-3 green chillies

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tbs coriander leavez

  • 2-3 black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp cummin seeds

  • 2-3 tbs oil

  • 1onion chopped

Directions

    Wash and soak rice and green moong dal for 6-7 hours

    Drain the water n keep

  • 03

    In a mixer jar take rice , whole moong, cummin, coriander, chlies,salt, ginger and grind into smooth paste

    Take out ina bowl and give 5-10 mins rest to thebatter

  • 05

    Heatthe dosa tawa apply oil and spread dosa on it.

  • 06

    Add chopped onion on top of dosa and cookon low flame till its done

  • 07

    If uwant you can cookit from both sides
