Ingredients

  • 2 tbs besan

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tomato chopped

  • 1tbs mirchi ka thecha( greenchillies, ginger, garlic n cummin mixture)

  • 1/4 tsp mustard

  • 1/4 tsp cummin seeds

  • 5-6 curry leaves

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric pf

  • 1/4 tsp salt ( or as per taste)

  • 2tbs oil

  • 1small bunch of spring onion

  • 7-8 leaves of Coriander

Directions

    Heat oil in a kadai , add mustard, cummin n curry leaves

  • 02

    Now add chopped onion n cook till it turns into pink colour

  • 03

    Add mirchi ka thecha stir for seconds

  • 04

    Add chopped tomatoes n cook

  • 05

    Now add salt, turmeric pd and choped sprinv onion n cook for 1-2 mins

  • 06

    In a bowl take besan add pinch salt n pinch turmeric pd and make a batter by adding water

    Now add this batter to the spring onion mixture

    Keep stir

  • 09

    Cook on low flame for 1-2 mins

  • 10

    Finally add coriander leaves
