Soak the moong for 5 hours.
Grind them adding green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds,coriander leaves,salt and water as needed.
Remove in a bowl and stir in the rice flour. Add little water and adjust the batter so that it can be spread easily on the tawa.
Heat a tawa , reduce the flame and spread a ladle of batter like dosa.
Spoon a little ghee or oil for roasting.
Spread upma like you do the potato masala and fold it .
