Vanjiram fish 500gms
Chilly powder 1 spoon
Pepper powder 1 spoon
Turmeric powder 1 spoon
Powder salt 1 spoon
Directions
Wash the fish well and drain the water well
Mix chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt
Sprinkle this powder on the wet fish and mix well.
Keep it in the fridge for 1 hr.
After that shallow fry them in a non stick kadai.
