  • Vanjiram fish 500gms


  • Chilly powder 1 spoon


  • Pepper powder 1 spoon


  • Turmeric powder 1 spoon


  • Powder salt 1 spoon

Directions

  • Wash the fish well and drain the water well
  • Mix chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt
  • Sprinkle this powder on the wet fish and mix well.
  • Keep it in the fridge for 1 hr.
  • After that shallow fry them in a non stick kadai.
