First properly wash mutton and put in a strainer so tht whole water will come out
In a cooker put SOME oil add whole garam MASALA and fry so that aroma will come thn add onion tomato g g paste if required
Thn add mutton and low the flame for just 2 mins thn mix well on 5 mins
Then add all spices salt mutton masala garam masala thn again cook for 2 mins put green chillies and put little bit of water and cook till it leaves oil on side
Again add little water and put some mutton masala half nimbu and thn take 6 whistles on it
Thn it mutton spicy is ready to eat
