  • 8 small sized potato


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 4 tomato chopped


  • 2to 3 green chillies


  • 1/4 Oil for frying


  • 2 tbsp Cornflour


  • All spices 1 tspn haldi


  • 1 tspn daniya


  • 1 tspLal mirch powder


  • 1 tspn garam masala pwder


  • 2 tspn dahi


  • 1 tspn jeera per

Directions

  • First take skin of your potatoes and make it half boiled then ghastly take off and apply Cornflour and fry
  • Thn in a cooker add some oil thn put onion tomato chillies all dry ingredients and give 4 whistle to it
  • Again open lid of cooker and thn add curd jeera per garam masala and cook again FOR 5 mins thn add potatoes and cook again
  • And then serve HOT with roti
