First take skin of your potatoes and make it half boiled then ghastly take off and apply Cornflour and fry
Thn in a cooker add some oil thn put onion tomato chillies all dry ingredients and give 4 whistle to it
Again open lid of cooker and thn add curd jeera per garam masala and cook again FOR 5 mins thn add potatoes and cook again
And then serve HOT with roti
