Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup basmati rice


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1/4 cup mava


  • 2 cardamom


  • 3 cloves


  • 2 inches cinnemon stick


  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron


  • 1/8 teaspoon orange food colour


  • 2 tablespoon tutifruity


  • 1/4 cup keshew


  • 1/4 cup almond


  • 2 tablespoon ghee

Directions

  • Wash the rice and soak for 15 min.
  • Then in a pressure cooker add soaked rice,1 cup water,cardamom,cloves,cinnamon and orange food colour,and saffron
  • Mix well and cover it and make 1 whistle
  • Then cool it
  • In a pan add sugar,water,mix well till sugar melt then add mava and cooked rice mix well cover andcook on low flame till sugar water absorbed
  • In a pan add ghee and fry keshew,almond till light pink
  • Then add this into rice and mix well
  • Then serve it in serving dish and garnish with tutifruity
