Ingredients

  • 1 cups fresh paneer


  • 1 cups milk powder


  • 2 tbsp suji


  • 3 tbsp maida


  • 3 tbsp sugar powder


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 cups oil for fry


  • 1 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • In. Mixing bowl add paneer,maida,suji,milk powder,cardamom powder,sugar powder and mix well and make smooth daugh
  • Then make equal size balls and give cylinder shape to all
  • Then heat the oil and deep fry it on low flame till brown
  • Then cool it
  • In a pan add sugar,water and cook till sugar melt
  • Then deep all the fried rolls in it for 1 hours
  • Then serve it in serving dish and garnish with rose petals
