Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup rice


  • 1/2 cup green moong


  • 4 cups water


  • Salt 2 tsp or to taste


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mistard seeds


  • 8 to 10 curry leaves


  • 1 tsp ginger chopped


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1 large onion chopped


  • 1 potato chopped


  • 1/2 cup beans chopped


  • Salt 2 tsp or to taste1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 10 to 15 riasted cashew


  • 1 cup rice more

Directions

  • Take a pressure cooker
  • Dry roast green moong...when it releas aroma add rice along with salt and turmeric and enough water...cover the lid and take 2 whistle...ruce and moo ng should not be overcooked
  • Now take a pan
  • Heat oil in it...add mustard seeds splutter it an now place curry leaves ginger green chilli along with all Veggies
  • Mix it and now add salt and turmeric ...cook till vegvies get soft
  • Now pour rice daal mix..add 1 cup water ...mash rice with masher cook on low flame for 2 minutes
