1 cup boiled rice
1 onion chopped
1tsp red chli pd
1/4 tsp turmeric pd
1tbs tamrind paste
5-6 curry leaves
1tbs ground nuts
1/4 tsp cummin seeds
1{4 tsp mustard seeds
2tbs oil
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Heat oil in a kadai splutter mustard and cummi n
Add ground nuts n fry till crisp
Add curry leaves and chopped onion
Cook till onion turns into light pink colour
Now add turmeric pd, salt, chii pd, and tamrind paste stir cr seconds
Add rice and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Setve with kuchumbar and papad
