  • 250 gms mava(khoya)

  • 2 tbsp cheakpea flour

  • 1/4 cups pisti powder

  • 1/4 cups roughly chopped almond

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 150 gms sugar bura(readymade sugar powder)

  • 2 tbsp blanched and sliced almond

  • 1 tbsp blanched and sliced pista

  • 1/4 tsp saffron

  • 1 cups maida

  • 2 nos ghee

  • 2 cups ghee for frying ghari

  • 1 tbsp rose petals for garnish

  • 1/4 cups chilled ghee

  • 1 tbsp sugar powder


  • In a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee and cheakpea flour and roast it till fluffy and aroma come out then keep aside
  • In a mixing bowl add maida and 1 tablespoon ghee mix well add required water and make daugh like paratha and cover and keep aside for 10 min.
  • In another pan add mava and cook on low flame till became soft and ghee come out then off the flame
  • Cool it and mix roasted cheakpea flour,pisti powder,almond and cardamom powder
  • Mix well
  • Then mix sugar bura
  • Then make small sized balls and give tikki shape
  • Now make small sized puri from daugh and stuff nava ball in it and sil it properly
  • Then in a pan heat the ghee and deep fry on low flame
  • Fry it white (don't change color)
  • Now cool all the ghari
  • Then in a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup chilled ghee and 1 tablespoon sugar powder mix well and apply on all ghari,and garnish with sliced almond,pista, saffron,and rose petals
