In a bowl take maida, add pinch salt, oil and make a dough. U can add egg also its an optional
In a pan add sugar and make 1 string sugar syrup, add crushed cardamom n drops of lemon juice. make powder of sugar by adding cardamom.
Now grate coconut n keep aside.
Take one small ball from dough and roll into big and thin chapati as much as u can
Roll one more.
Now take one chapati apply generous amount of dalda/ghee or oil sprinkle dry flour keep one more chapati then first fold it half, then half from down side, then again one fold.
Now into 3-4 pieces
Take chonge maker apply oil n keep one piece n roll
Roll n keep aside
Fry in oil till light golden colour
Dip into sugar syrup n keep aside
One more method sprinkle powdered sugar and sprinkle grated coconut on it.
