Gently squeezed the grated watermelon and remove as much water as possible .
In a mixing bowl ,add squeezed watermelon ,besan ,salt with a hand gently combine all the ingredients .shape them to kofta of any shape as you desire.
In a wide bottomed pan ,heat oil for deep frying .when the oil starts to bubble a bit ,reduce the flame to low.
Draw a kofta gently in to the oil. Depending upon the size of your pan .you can make 5-6 koftas at one go.fry the koftas till they become golden brown from all sides .u need to gently flip the koftas in this process.
Koftas is ready.
In a nonstick pan,add peanuts,coconut,chilli,black pepper,laung,badi elaichi,said roast it .and take a jar and grind the all ingredient and a smooth paste .
Take a nonstick pan add paste ,onion puree,tomato puree,garlic ,and saute for 2 min.add all masala mix it well .
In the same nonstick pan add smooth paste and add water to adjust gravy consistency.
When the gravy comes to boil switch off the gas after 2 min.
Add koftas in to the gravy and let the kofta absorb the flavour of the gravy.
The kofta will swell up a bit.transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with cream and kasuri methi
