Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 cup gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 3 slit cut green chillies


  • 1/2 tsp eno


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tbsp raii


  • 8-10 curry leaves


  • 3 cup water


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 spoon salt

Directions

  • Mix gram flour, lemon juice,salt and water to make a thick paste
  • Then grease a bowl with oil
  • Set aside a pressure cooker with some water and a stand in it,let it steam without whistle.
  • When the water starts boiling , add eno and baking soda to already prepared gram flour mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased bowl and let it steam for 10 mins.
  • After it is done, cut it into small pieces .
  • Heat oil.Add slit green chillies, raai and curry leaves to it.After a min add 1/2 cup water to it.
  • Pour it over dhokla leaving it for 5 mins and you are done.
