Mix gram flour, lemon juice,salt and water to make a thick paste
Then grease a bowl with oil
Set aside a pressure cooker with some water and a stand in it,let it steam without whistle.
When the water starts boiling , add eno and baking soda to already prepared gram flour mixture.
Pour the mixture into the greased bowl and let it steam for 10 mins.
After it is done, cut it into small pieces .
Heat oil.Add slit green chillies, raai and curry leaves to it.After a min add 1/2 cup water to it.
Pour it over dhokla leaving it for 5 mins and you are done.
