Boil full cream milk till it reduce to half the amount than add sugar let it boil
Switch off the flame and let it cool
Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts..
Transfer it in a tray or mould to set it in refrigerator
For falooda sev.. Mix cornflour, sugar and water whisk it so that no lumps formed
Grease the sev maker
Cook the cornflour mix in a non stick pan till its become translucent
When hot transfer this batter in sev maker and make the sev
Drop the sev in cold icecubes water while rotating in circular motion
For serving scoop out the Kulfi from the mould and put handful of falooda over it drizzle rohafza over it enjoy
