Directions

  • Matar ko 7 hour soak kren
  • Alu ko chota chota kaat kr matar sath namak pani dal kar matar ke doft hone tk pakayen
  • Matar alu ko mash kr len thora sa
  • Pan me tel garam kren.jeera hing bhun kar pyaj bhunen. Tamater puree ,sabhi sukhe masalae dal kr masalo ko ache se bhun kar matar dalen.jarurt ke hisab se pani namak dal kr pkayen.chini hara dhniya dal kar thori der pkayen .. besan sev se sja kr serve kren
