Take a bowl. Add whole wheat flour and maize flour. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Add 1 tablespoon ghee. Add salt and red chilli powder. Knead the dough using water.
Heat a tava. Add some ghee. Take a ball size dough. Put on tava. Spread in the shape of chapati using hands.
Cook from both sides using ghee. Drizzle ghee when it gets cooked.
Serve with chutney or curry of your choice.
