  • 1 cup maida

  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1& 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup chilled water

  • 1 teaspoon chopped pista

  • 1 teaspoon rose petals for garnish

  • 2 cup oil for fry


  • In a mixing bowl add maida,ghee,baking soda,and required chilled water and make daugh like paratha
  • Cover it for 5 min.
  • In a bowl add sugar and water and cook it in medium heat and make 1 string sugar syrup add lemon juice mix well and keep aside
  • Now from daugh make small sized balls and make hole with finger in middle
  • Then heat the oil on low flame add balushahi balls in it don't fry on fast flame,fry it very low flame till it becomes nice and golden colour and come out surface of oil
  • Then cool it
  • Then deep it into warm sugar syrup for 10 min.Then remove from it and serve it into serving plate and garnish with chopped pista and rose petals
