  • rice flour 1cup

  • finely chopped potato 1/4cup

  • finely chopped onion 4tbsp

  • finely chopped tomato 4tbsp

  • finely chopped green chilli 1tsp

  • finely chopped coriender 2tbsp

  • salt 1tsp

  • redchilli powder 1tsp

  • oil 2tbsp /as needed

  • water 1/2cup /as needed


  • take rice flour in a vessel
  • add all mentioned vegetables in it mix well
  • add salt and redchilli powder
  • add water slowly and kneed a dough leave for 5minutes
  • make medium size ball of prepare dough
  • take a clean polythene ,put ball on it press it with your fingers and make a round thick chapati /roti
  • heat pan/tava cook prepared doda on it by brushing little oil on both the sides
  • cook well and serve hot with curd or rayta
