Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 2 kgs carrot


  • 100 gms mava


  • 1 litre full cream milk


  • 1/4 cups chopped nuts


  • 2 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 8-9 nos kesar strands


  • 1 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Wash and grate carrot
  • Boil milk in a deep kadahi when it's start boiling add grated carrot and let it cook
  • As the milk evaporate and changes into thick rabadi like consistency than add sugar in it
  • While adding sugar its again liquidify let it simmer
  • As all the water absorb add mava and ghee and mix it
  • Add all the nuts and raisins and cardamom powder and mix it nicely
  • And it's ready to serve
