Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 1 tea spoon half grinded fennel seeds


  • 100 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • Take wheat flour in bowl.
  • Add sugar, fennel seeds.
  • Slowly add water and make batter.
  • Slowly add water and make batter.
  • Keep this batter aside for 30 minutes so that sugar dissolved completely and wheat flour get sets.
  • Now take batter, stir it.
  • Take oil in kadai. Heat it.
  • Pour batter in kadai by using spoon and dip fry gulgule.
