Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tea spoon half grinded fennel seeds

  • 100 ml oil for frying

Directions

    Take wheat flour in bowl.

    Add sugar, fennel seeds.

  • 03

    Slowly add water and make batter.

  • 04

    Slowly add water and make batter.

  • 05

    Keep this batter aside for 30 minutes so that sugar dissolved completely and wheat flour get sets.

    Now take batter, stir it.

  • 07

    Take oil in kadai. Heat it.

  • 08

    Pour batter in kadai by using spoon and dip fry gulgule.
