Mix 125 gm ghee in maida and knead a soft dough and let it rest for 15 minutes
Dry roast the mava so that moisture evaporate do not change the colour let it cool down
Add nuts, raisins, kesar, cardamom powder and powder sugar in it and mix it nicely
Take a lemon size ball from dough and roll it in a small circle
Keep this on a Gujhiya mould and put the filling on one side and seal it by pressing the mould make all the Gujhiya like this
Second method.. Roll it in a circle apply water on the outer side of circle
Put stuffing on one side and fold it like half circle
Press tha corner start folding and pressing from one corner to another to make a pattern
Heat ghee in a wok and deep fry all the Gujhiya in a low medium flame
