Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Tomatoes 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar 1 spoon
Red chilly powder 1 spoon
Turmeric powder 1 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Garam masala 1 spoon
Sambhar masala 1 spoon
Tamrind chutney 1/2 cup
Oil 1 spoon
Tuvar dal 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1 spoon
Hing 1 spoon
Directions
In a bowl take wheat flour, water, salt, oil and knead dough of it.
Rinse tuvar daal and add little water and pressure cook upto 3 whsitles.
Blend the daal with help of blender to a smooth texture.
In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, hing, turmeric powder, tomatoes, tamarind chutney, daal, water, salt, sugar, red chilly powder, coriander powder, sambhar masala, garam masala and cook well.
Make a ball of dough and roll roti of it and cut it them in diamond shape.
