Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup maida


  • 1/2 cup cheakpea flour


  • 1/4 cup rice flour


  • 1 tablespoon suji


  • 1 teaspoon carrom seeds


  • 1 teaspoon snauf


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/4 cup ghee


  • 2 cup oil for fry


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 2 tablespoon coriender green chilly paste


  • 3 teaspoon maida

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add cheakpea flour,rice flour,maida,suji,salt,carrom seeds,snauf ,and ghee
  • Mix well and add required water and make daugh like paratha rest it for 10 min.
  • Then make three equal parts from daugh
  • Add turmeric powder in one part well
  • Add green paste in second part
  • And leave white daugh as it is
  • Then make three equal size roti from daugh
  • Then first put green roti,apply 1 teaspoon ghee,sprinkle maida,then put white roti,apply 1 teaspoon ghee and sprinkle 1 teaspoon maida,then put yellow roti apply 1 teaspoon ghee and sprinkle maida
  • Then role it tight
  • Then cut with sharp knife each piece one inch
  • Then give 6_8 cut on it as shown in pic.
  • Then heat the oil in pan and deep fry all mathri on low flame till all layer are open and become crispy
  • Cool it and serve it
