Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 ml milk


  • 5 tablespoon sugar


  • 5 tablespoon basmati rice


  • 1 tablespoon chopped keshew


  • 1 tablespoon chopped almond


  • 1/4 teaspoon sliced pista


  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions

  • Wash the rice and soak for 15 min.
  • In a pan add milk boil it
  • Then add rice and cook 15 min.on low flame till milk thicken and rice cook
  • Then add cardamom powder and sugar mix well
  • Then cook another 5 min.
  • Then serve hot or chilled
  • In serving dish and garnish with chopped keshew,Almond,and pista
