Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups ghee


  • 1 cups makhana


  • 1/2 cups edible gum


  • 1/4 cups melon seeds


  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


  • 2 tbsp almonds


  • 2 tbsp cashew


  • 1/2 cups grated dry coconut


  • 1 cups sugar powder


  • 1 tbsp dry ginger powder

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a kadai.
  • Roast makhana until crunchy. Take out on plate and grind it in to a coarse powder.
  • Fry almonds and cashews until browned. Take out on plate.
  • Add gond in the kadai and fry until it become golden and fluffy. Take out on plate and grind it in a grinder.
  • Now fry melon seeds and poppy seeds until browned. Take out on plate.
  • Add all ingredients in a plate.
  • Add sugar powder, dry ginger powder in it. Mix well. It's ready. Serve it with hot milk.
