Heat ghee in a kadai.
Roast makhana until crunchy. Take out on plate and grind it in to a coarse powder.
Fry almonds and cashews until browned. Take out on plate.
Add gond in the kadai and fry until it become golden and fluffy. Take out on plate and grind it in a grinder.
Now fry melon seeds and poppy seeds until browned. Take out on plate.
Add all ingredients in a plate.
Add sugar powder, dry ginger powder in it. Mix well. It's ready. Serve it with hot milk.
