Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 tsb Black Pepper Powder


  • 4 tsb Coriander seeds


  • 12 Cloves Garlic


  • 6 Dry Red Chilies


  • 5 Cloves, 2 Cardomon, 3 Cinnamon flakes


  • 10 Cashew Seeds


  • 8 Small Onion Shallouts


  • 3 Big Onions Chopped


  • 500 gms Chicken Cleaned ( with/Without Skin)


  • 3 Tomatoes Chopped


  • 2 tsb Garam Masala


  • 1 Tsb Red Chilli Powder


  • 2 small tsb Turmeric POwder


  • 3 Sliced Farm Brinjal


  • 100 ml Cooking Oil


  • 4 tsb Salt

Directions

  • Heat a Pan and add the spices red chilies, cloves , black pepper, onion shallots, coriander seeds , fennel seeds, cashew seeds, cinnamon , cardamon , garlic cloves and saute it in low flame.
  • Allow it to cool after sauteing and grind it in Mixi Jar finely without water .
  • Marinate the chicken with 2 tsb turmeric powder, 1 tsb red chili powder 2 tsb salt and leave it for 1-2 hrs .
  • Now heat pan with oil , once the oil get heated add the fennel seeds, chopped onions and saute it , then add tomatoes and saute it .
  • Once the mixture is sauted asd a tsb of salt and add the grinded spices to the pan ans saute the curry well till the raw smell of the spices fades , add little oil too while sauteing.
  • Now add the marinated chicken and cook it well with the curry add little water and stir well, check and add the salt to taste.
  • Now add the sliced brinjal to the curry and allow it to cook well slowly stirr well as the curry gets blended with the chicken and brinjal add chopped coriander leaves to it and the aroma spreads inside the curry.
