Mix besan and curd in a bowl. Mix it well and make a fine n smooth batter
Now add salt, baking soda, eno and mix well
Put it in Lil bit deep greased bowl
Take a pan and put one glass water and a stand on it
Fix the batter bowl and cover it for 20 min approx
After few minutes check the Dhokla with the help of knife when knife comes out cleanly Dhokla will prepared
Put it aside for cooling
Now take a pan put it oil for making tadka
Add mustard seed, green chilli, curry leaves
Spread the tadka on Dhokla n cut it into square shape
Garnish with coriander leaves. Dhokla is ready to serve
