Ingredients

  • Biuli dal1 cup(socked)

  • Rice 1/2(socked)

  • Milk 250 ml

  • Plum jaggery 1/2cup

  • Water 1/2 cup

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Take a mixing bowl add dal and rice ,grinded it.

    Take tawa add 4drops oil ,spread it.

    Add the batter,s press it well.

    Keep it 3 minutes

    Take a bowl add rice flour litbit water ,pinch of salt.

    Make a dough.make pitha like picture.

    Add milk ,when boiling add pitha and jaggery

    Keep it untill it's thicky.serve it hot.This is bengali traditional recipe ,in the mid of January we are celebrating poush parbon.In poush parbon we are making dudh pitha and sorucakli
