  • 2 cup fresh coconut

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  • 1 tablespoon sliced posta

  • 1 tablespoon decicated coconut


  • First remove the black part of coconut with the help of knife
  • Then chop into small pieces
  • Then grind it in mixture jar
  • In a pan add grinded coconut,sugar and ghee
  • cook on medium flame till sugar melt
  • Cook till sugar water absorbed and mixture become lumpy
  • Then in any shape mould apply sliced pista,then coconut mixture and press it
  • Then demould it in serving dish and garnish with decicated coconut
