In a mixture jar add moong dal and grind it in powder
In a pan add ghee and moong dal powder and roast it on low flame till aroma come out and mixture become light,fluffy and light pink
In warm milk add saffron and keep aside
Then add milk in roasted mixture and cook till milk absorbed
Then add sugar powder and cook till sugar melt and mixture become lumpy
Then add chopped keshew and almond, cardamom powder mix well
In any shape mould apply chopped pista and halwa in it and press it and demould it in serving dish
Serve hot
