  • 1 cup moong dal

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 cup warm milk

  • 2 tablespoon chopper keshew,almond

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pista

  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron

  • 1/2 cup ghee

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder


  • In a mixture jar add moong dal and grind it in powder
  • In a pan add ghee and moong dal powder and roast it on low flame till aroma come out and mixture become light,fluffy and light pink
  • In warm milk add saffron and keep aside
  • Then add milk in roasted mixture and cook till milk absorbed
  • Then add sugar powder and cook till sugar melt and mixture become lumpy
  • Then add chopped keshew and almond, cardamom powder mix well
  • In any shape mould apply chopped pista and halwa in it and press it and demould it in serving dish
  • Serve hot
