Marinate the beef with 2 Tbsp ginger, 2 tbsp garlic, 2 sprigs curry leaves, 1 tsp pepper powder, coriander powder, 3 tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Pressure cook the beef with water until cooked.
Cook tapioca with salt and turmeric powder.
Drain and mash the tapioca.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions until translucent.
Add remaining chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
Saute for few minutes.
Add in the cooked beef masala.
Mix in the mashed tapioca.
Mix everything well.
Season it with the ingredients given under seasoning.
Garnish with grated coconut.
Serve hot .
