Heat a pressure cooker, add oil then add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, and Cardamom.
Now add sliced onions and roast until it turns into golden colour.
Now add salt, Turmeric pd, biryani masala then add 3 cups of water and soaked rice, and fried soya chunks.
Now add 2 tbsp rose water. Cover the lid and give it 2 whistle on high flame. Now turn off the gas.
Open the lid when it cooled down by its own.
