Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Grated Coconut - 2 cup


  • Sugar(brown) - 1 cup


  • Ghee - 3 to 4 tablespoon


  • Milk - 2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Place the pan in the stove.
  • Pour the ghee into the pan.
  • Add grated coconut into it.
  • Fry for a minute
  • Add sugar into it and mix it well.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of milk.
  • Stir it for 30 minutes at low flame.
  • Once it done pour it in a greased plate and make stripes.
  • Finally serve this yummy and healthy burfi, which will get back us to our school day sweets.
