In a bowl take oil water hing salt carrom seeds n whisk it till mixture becomes opaque or slight fluffy
You can mix with hands or whisk
Then add besan little at a time by mixing it continuously
Consistency should be medium
Heat oil for frying in a big pan
Keep a greased jhara on the pan and put 2 tbsp of batter on it
Press with hand and make ganthiya
Fry on little medium flame n drain
Cool ganthiya and store in air tight container for 15 days or more .
