In a pan add 2 tbsp of clarified butter and roast the makhanas for 5 minutes on medium to high flame. Transfer them in a bowl. keep aside.
To the same pan add almonds and cashews and roast them for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. switch off the flame.
Combine makhanas and dry fruits in a mixer grinder. Grind them.
Remove the mixture in a mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut, milk powder and mix well.
5. Add 1 tbsp milk and start kneading it. Make smooth dough. Feel free to use more milk if required. Make sure to use little by little.
Now take a small portion of the mixture and give it a shape of laddu.
Repeat the same process for the remaining mixture.
Wash the rose petals well and drain the water. Grind them. Transfer it to a bowl. Add 2 tbsp desiccated coconut and mix it. This will give natural pink colour to the laddus.
Roll the prepared laddus over this mixture.
Laddus are ready to serve. Refrigerate them. Enjoy. 😊
