Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Ash gourd 1

  • Green colour 1 pinch

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Water 2 cups

  • Gulkand 1 cup

  • Tuty fruity 1/2 cup

  • Soaf 1/2 cup

  • Cloves 6

Directions

    First cut ash gourd into triangle shape(small triangles). Also remove seeds from ash gourd and soak it in hot water for sometime.

    In a pan make sugar syrup by adding water, sugar and green colour.

    Now cook those triangle pieces in sugar syrup till they get soft in texture and let it cool down for sometime.

    Now in a bowl take gulkand, soaf and tuty fruity.

    Now take one piece of triangle and stuff the gulkand mixture and when you pack put cloves so that it doesn't get opened.

    Serve this mouthwatering dish specially after lunch or dinner.
