Soak garlic in white vinegar for 30 minutes.
Put it in water and boil it when water starts boiling throw out the water.
Fill in fresh water and repeat the procedure twice. This helps to remove the vinegar and garlicky flavour.
Heat milk in a wok . Add sugar, bay leaf, cardamom powder.
Chop garlic and add it into the milk. Reduce the milk to half.
Add saffron, charoli .
Garnish with saffron, nuts and serve hot or cold.
