  • Cornflour 1/4 cups

  • Oil 4 tsp

  • For filling : Oil 1 tbsp

  • Chopped ginger n garlic 1 tsp

  • Green chilli chopped 2 nos

  • capsicum 1 nos

  • Carrot chopped 1 nos

  • Boil nuddles 1 cups

  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp

  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

  • Ajino moto 1/2 tsp

  • Ching's noodles masala 1 tsp

  • Salt as per tast 1 pinch

  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp

    Pan me oil dale ginger garlic green chilli dalker halka pink kare isme kati vegie dale n Ajino moto,salt dalker lid lagaker 2 min cook kare.

    Isme boil noodles n sari sauces and noodles masala dalker mix kare n

    vinegar dale 2 min low flame per cook kare

    Ab maide ke dough se chhoti puri bel le ise side me rakhe

    Ab dusri puri bel le is per oil 1/2tsp lagaye n dry maida spread kare thoda sa is puri ke uper bani hui puri ko rakhe n halka bel le.

    Taiyar puri ko garam tawe per low flame per 1 min sek le (see in pic) Is tarah sari puriya sek le

    Ab dono puriyo ko alag kare n ek puri ke beech me filling bhare n fold kare maide ki slurry se chipka le.

    Is roll ko hot oil me deep fry kare.

    Garam serve kare.
