Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 500 gm raw mango


  • 200 gm gur(jaggery)


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp sauf


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1/2 black salt


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp methi seeds


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp haldi pwd


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • Wash and peel the mango and cut in slices
  • Heat oil in a wok and add heeng, jeera as it sputter add add methi, sauf
  • Add red chilli pwd and haldi powder in it and mix it
  • Add sliced mango and mix it let it cook for 3-4 minutes till it becomes soft
  • Than add jaggery in it and let it simmer on high flame
  • Add garam masala and both salts and let it comes to thick consistency
  • Enjoy it with the meal
