Take the ash gourd and cut into small pieces
Keep the ash gourd pieces in a pressure cooker and add 1/4 turmeric powder and salt for taste.
Grate the coconut and add garlic cloves and make it into a thick mix . And Add curd
Take a pan apply oil
Add mustard seeds and dried chillies and fenugreek seeds and curry leaves.
Add a pinch of chilli powder
Later add ash gourd mix into the pan
And add thick coconut mix too.
Stir well and wait for a minute. And off the flame
Ready to serve..
