  • Rice flour-2cup

  • Coconut grated-2 cup

  • Jaggery-150 gm

  • Cardomom powder-1/4 tsp


  • Seive the rice powder twice to remove lumps .Add a pinch of salt to it.
  • Boil two cups of water and pour into rice powder to make a thick dough using a wooden spatula.
  • Mix grated coconut,jaggery,and cardomom powder .
  • Make big leomon size balls with the dough and flatten it .
  • Take two tbs of coconut mix and put at the centre of the flattened dough and again make a ball.
  • Repeat the process untill all the dough are filled with the coconut mix.
  • Steam the balls for 10 minutes .
  • After that take the sweet delicious kozhukkattas and serve.
