Dry roast coconut and onion together and grind to smooth paste with coriander and mint leaves.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, bay leaf .
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add onion paste and saute till it is golden brown.
Add salt, turmeric and red chilly powder.
Wash chicken and add it in the pan. Mix it well and civer till chicken turns tender.
Add meat masala and water. Bring it to a boil and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
