mix the flour, sugar, melted ghee and salt in a bowl
add milk and knead a stiff dough
oil the dough and cover with a lid
keep aside for 15-20 minutes
now pinch a medium sized ball from the dough and roll into a big chapati
cut the chapati into small squares
bring together the opposite corners of the squares, pinch them together and give them a small twist
now bring the other two remaining corners to the back and give a small twist
twist the edges tightly so that the kormolas retain their shape while frying
prepare all the kormolas in the same way
heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the kormolas on low flame till light brown
drain the excess oil on a tissue
when cool, store in an air tight container or serve
