Boneless mutton cubes 500gms
papaya paste 2 tablespoon
ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Thick curd 1/2cup
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
Roasted coriander powder 2tsp
Besan 2tsp
Butter 2tsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Cream 2tbsp
Directions
Wash the boneless mutton cubes and keep aside
Mix all the ingredients properly and add the mutton cubes and leave to marinate overnight or at least 5..6 hours
Thread the mutton pieces and grill on a Gas tandoori or on a grill plate and serve with onions and green chutney
