  • Boneless mutton cubes 500gms

  • papaya paste 2 tablespoon

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

  • Thick curd 1/2cup

  • Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1tsp

  • Salt 1.5 tsp

  • Roasted cumin powder 1tsp

  • Roasted coriander powder 2tsp

  • Besan 2tsp

  • Butter 2tsp

  • Vinegar 1tbsp

  • Cream 2tbsp


  • Wash the boneless mutton cubes and keep aside
  • Mix all the ingredients properly and add the mutton cubes and leave to marinate overnight or at least 5..6 hours
  • Thread the mutton pieces and grill on a Gas tandoori or on a grill plate and serve with onions and green chutney
  • This is a traditional dish in Muslim families
