Knead a soft dough by adding 2 spoon ghee and keep it covered for 10 minutes
Meanwhile chopped nuts and add to grated Jaggery
Add raisins too
Now make same size of balls from the dough
Roll the balls in a thin roti of same size
Spread the jaggery filling on it evenly and cover it with another roti
Seal it with help of fork by making impressions on the edges
Heat griddle and apply ghee on it and roast it golden brown from both sides
Take it on the serving plate and cut it and speinkle nuts on it and serve
