  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery

  • 2 tbsp Chopped nuts (badam, pista, kaju)

  • 1/4 cup ghee

  • 1 tsp raisins


  • Knead a soft dough by adding 2 spoon ghee and keep it covered for 10 minutes
  • Meanwhile chopped nuts and add to grated Jaggery
  • Add raisins too
  • Now make same size of balls from the dough
  • Roll the balls in a thin roti of same size
  • Spread the jaggery filling on it evenly and cover it with another roti
  • Seal it with help of fork by making impressions on the edges
  • Heat griddle and apply ghee on it and roast it golden brown from both sides
  • Take it on the serving plate and cut it and speinkle nuts on it and serve
