Cut tomatoes in to small pieces
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard seeds n cumin
As this splutters add hing n garlic paste n saute for 1/2 minute n add tomatoes n stir
Cover n cook for 1 minute
Stir n add salt 1/2 cup water mix n cover
Cook for 5 minutes
Add remaining water red chilli pwd dhaniya jeera pwd sugar cover n let it cook for 1 minute n switch off the gas
Add sev mix n cover for 5 minutes
Serve in plate n garnish with corriander
