  • 2 cup maida 2tbsp maida

  • 1/4 cup oil 1 lit oil

  • 2 tbsp rava

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 jeera powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 4-5 big size boiled potato

  • 4-5 finely chopped green chilly


  • In a mixing bowl take maida and rava and to this add salt to taste and 1/4 cup oil and mix it nicely
  • In another mash the potato and add all the masala
  • Make a slurry of maida by mixing water in it
  • Take a big portion of the dough and roll it in a thin roti spread potato masala all over it evenly
  • Roll it tightly in a cylinder shape and cut it in a slices
  • Heat oil in a wok and dip the roll slice in a slurry and deep fry it
  • Enjoy it while hot with sauce
