In a mixing bowl take maida and rava and to this add salt to taste and 1/4 cup oil and mix it nicely
In another mash the potato and add all the masala
Make a slurry of maida by mixing water in it
Take a big portion of the dough and roll it in a thin roti spread potato masala all over it evenly
Roll it tightly in a cylinder shape and cut it in a slices
Heat oil in a wok and dip the roll slice in a slurry and deep fry it
Enjoy it while hot with sauce
